2. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. We offer standard shipping options with estimated delivery times of 3-7 business days within Australia and 7-14 business days for international orders. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost.

4. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is made.

5. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of your delivery.

6. We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be incurred for international orders. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any additional fees imposed by customs in their country.
