Refund policy

Refund Policy for Nepali Books Australia:

1. We strive to provide high quality products and excellent customer service to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. It must not have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

3. To request a refund, please email us at nepalibooksau@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

4. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. We do not offer refunds on digital products such as e-books or audiobooks.
